We have some exciting news for all the younger anglers that visit Stanborough Lakes.  This Easter on Wednesday the 7th of April, we will be holding an Open Match for anyone aged 16 and under.

We are still in the process of gaining a sponsor for the event to allow some more extravagant prizes, however at the very least there will be medal and trophies awarded to the top finishers.

There will also be the opportunity to have your photos taken with your catch/awards throughout the day.

There is no better advertisement than word of mouth so please feel free to spread the word of this upcoming open match.

Keep checking the website for more information as we will update this as soon as we have more solid details.

Dear Members,

If you've registered to our website you are then able to upload your latest pictures of your catches to our gallery, which will then be reviewed by one of our admin team.

Its fairly simple to do, simply click on the "Gallery" link at the top of the page then select "Upload Picture".  From there you will be taken to a seperate page where you can enter details for your picture.  Once you have entered the details at the bottom of that page simply click on "Browse" then locate the picture on you computer.  Once thats done just click "Upload" and we'll review it as soon as possible.

There are size restrictions on the photos which are currently set at 2500pixels x 2500pixels, however i will be making a guide soon with simple walk through instructions on how to resize your photos.

Dear Users,

If you received our newsletter recently you would have noticed that it said the website was being taken down for updates.  If however you didn't get a copy of the newsletter i apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused with our downtime.

Well the good news is everythings now completed apart from a bit of text here and there.  However with good news there is always some bad news.  The bad news being that regrettably with the way all our data was stored on the old database it was impossible to transfer everyones accounts over to the new site.

With that in mind please accept my apologies, what this means is you will have to register again on our site.  Just simply click the "Login" Button at the top, followed by "Register".
